O Grupo de Pesquisa Ensino e Educação Matemática foi criado em 2018 com o objetivo de fortalecer pesquisas e orientações em Educação Matemática e Ensino de Matemática vinculados, prioritariamente, à Faculdade de Matemática da UFPA e ao PROFMAT UFPA. Espera-se impulsionar pesquisas em Ensino de Álgebra, Ensino de Geometria, Ensino de Cálculo voltadas à aplicabilidade, contextualização e resolução de problemas. Pretende-se, também, estimular pesquisas vinculadas ao Ensino Inclusivo de Matemática, discutindo aspectos relevantes sobre a diversidade dos alunos, sobre os processos de inclusão, sobre material manipulável adaptado, e principalmente, sobre metodologias de ensino de matemática para alunos com deficiência. O grupo também estará aberto a estudos vinculados à educação matemática de forma mais geral, abrangendo temáticas como epistemologia, cognição, linguagem, didática entre outros.

Integrantes

O grupo é liderado pelas professoras Cristiane Ruiz Gomes e Joelma Morbach. Atualmente conta com 6 professores pesquisadores doutores distribuídos nas quatro linhas de pesquisa.

Cristiane Ruiz Gomes

É Licenciada em Matemática pela Universidade Federal do Pará (2003), Mestra em Engenharia Elétrica (com ênfase em Sistemas de Potência) pela Universidade Federal do Pará (2006) e Doutora em Engenharia Elétrica (com ênfase em Telecomunicações) pela Universidade Federal do Pará (2015). É professora de Ensino Superior da Faculdade de Matemática da Universidade Federal do Pará. Atualmente está lotada provisoriamente na Universidade Federal do Ceará no Departamento de Integração Acadêmica e Tecnológica (DIATEC). É professora colaboradora do Mestrado Profissional em Matemática em Rede Nacional - PROFMAT. Tem experiência nas área de Ensino de Matemática, Educação Matemática, Matemática Aplicada às Telecomunicações e Sistemas Elétricos de Potência. Atua principalmente nos seguintes temas: Estágio Supervisionado; Ensino de Matemática; Educação matemática; Modelos de radiopropagação.
